North Country Honor Run – US Oval, Plattsburgh, NY – The North Country Honor Run organized by Beekmantown students and other runners raised over 35-thousand dollars last year to support North Country Honor flights to Washington, D.C. for Veterans. The run takes place on the U-S Oval in Plattsburgh, alongside an Honor Flight send-off to the nation’s capital.

Benefit Ride for Williams Syndrome – Champlain Valley Union high School – 9:00am – Vermont V-Twins Cruisers are holding a Benefit Ride for Williams Syndrome, a rare disease affecting one in 10,000 people. All ages, all walks of life. Registration is at CVUHS in the back parking lot starting at 9:00am. Kickstands at 11:00am; ride ends at 3:00pm. Spaghetti Dinner – 5809 Route 100, North Hyde Park, VT – 4:00-6:00pm – The North Hyde Park-Eden Fire Department is having a spaghetti dinner. All are welcome. Dinner is by donation for those attending.
Ongoing: The American Red Cross is always looking for blood donations—accepting donors at the Blood Donation Center at 32 North Prospect Street in Burlington 365 days a year and conducting Blood Drives on both sides of Lake Champlain throughout the year.
